here is the complete offer for video/social productions for FDJ and JazzLab.

The offer needs some comments and clarifications

First of all, we simulated two variants:

  • In the first one we plan to film mainly with a 'live' set-up and thus with video cuts made in real-time by a director. In this variant there will be a higher cost of technical personnel and equipment costs, but there will be a considerable saving in editing, which is reduced to a small correction session.

  • In the second variant, the clips are filmed without a control room, saving a cameraman and broadcast equipment costs, but the editing costs expand exponentially.

The analysis of the two calculations clearly shows that the costs offset each other and thus both the live-on-tape and the post-produced version actually have the same impact on costs.

This leaves us free at this point to decide 'on-the-way' when to produce one way or the other, depending on the location, the type of band, the available space, the type of final product we want, or whether we have a large or small audience.

For JazzLab we have, compared to the last few years, a considerable production commitment both from the point of view of the two final concerts, and from the point of view of filming and editing for the Social Media and the final Docufilm.

We obviously had to estimate the hourly commitment, but we did this in order to be flexible and if for some productions we will work less, for others we will work a bit more.

In the end we simulated the budget with a standard swiss rate (however reduced in the technical cost items) and then with a "partner" rate where we further underestimated the cost of the equipment.

So, to achieve a flat-rate "package" solution, as we are available at any time during the month (please note: except for 30 July when we are busy for the "Gemeinderat St. Moritz" with CJJ), we are happy to offer the complete service at the further discounted cost of CHF 27’500.- + 7.7% MwSt and 2’500.- + 7.7% MwSt billed to ESTM / Marijana Jakic.
