thank you for the welcome to your offices. Here we summarise the discussions:

  • Suvretta Sports (SS) wants to increase its social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok and needs photo and video stuff in 9:16, 4:5 and any new formats.

  • SS needs an image video in 16:9 format for its website showing all activities in a few minutes.

  • ibexmedia (IBEX) is a photo/video production house in St. Moritz and offers complete professional services from planning to mastering of the products required by SS.

  • IBEX offers a service at a reduced hourly rate to partners in the Engadine region at a cost of 120.- CHF /h + MwSt plus equipment costs (Standard Switzerland: 200.- CHF /h).

  • For the type of production required by SS, IBEX guarantees a maximum equipment cost per hour of CHF 30.-

  • IBEX has created the Customer Page for SS where all photo and video files made will be stored.

  • In order to keep costs low SS appoints a person from the team as a contact person for IBEX's Allegra Giorgi Giani and offers collaborative support in the preparation phase of productions.

  • SS would like to start the collaboration in October 2022 for Kids Camp. This production will show more clearly timing and production methods.

  • For this first production IBEX estimates 2 half days of production and two half days of photo and video editing with one person on set and the related cost will not exceed 2'400 CHF + MwSt.

  • IBEX will invoice monthly and payment is due 10 days after receiving.

  • SS can check the status of the work and the generated costs at any time by clicking the "DOWNLOAD UPDATED COSTS PDF" button on this page and has the right to withdraw from the cooperation agreement at any time.

  • Legal venue is 7500 St. Moritz.
