• Giovedì: installazione OBVAN, primi test e connessioni (Team ridotto). Riunione con Haley e i tre Commentatori e il Floor manager di THE ICE!

• Venerdì: set-up definitivo, prove generali, distribuzione di interviste live sul lago, realizzazione vts interviews vincitori categorie con painting automobili per Enrico, Allegra e Haley. Riunione veloce con Haley e i tre Commentatori.

• Sabato: in postazione presto, dalle 8.45 LIVE. Pausa alle 12.00. Pomeriggio (a dipendenza meteo) dalle 14.00 forse ancora un giro per categoria.

Nella storia di THE ICE la canzone "già tarocca" di Vanilla Ice che canta "ICE ICE BABY" è stata una costante sul lago. Per questioni di copyright che potrebbero disturbare il segnale in facebook e youtube, ma comunque per una scelta soprattutto stilistica, la sigla del LIVE e la sigla finale che raccoglie tutti gli highlights della giornata, sono accompagnate da due versioni acustiche dello stesso brano. Una versione "Jazz" all'inizio, per sottolineare l'eleganza dell'evento, e una versione più country-ballata per l'emissione di tutti gli highlights/Replay/Slomo della giornata. Inoltre i files sono stati trasportati di almeno un semitono e mezzo o in alto o in basso per evitare il blocco degli algoritmi analizzatori di musica del social e di youtube che potrebbero bloccare l'audio al momento della messa in onda.

In the history of THE ICE, Vanilla Ice singing "ICE ICE BABY" has been a constant on the lake. Due to copyright issues that might disturb the signal in facebook and youtube, but nevertheless for a stylistic choice above all, the LIVE theme song and the final theme song, which brings together all the highlights of the day, are accompanied by two acoustic versions of the same song. A 'Jazz' version at the beginning, to emphasise the elegance of the event, and a more country-ballad version for the broadcast of all the highlights/Replay/Slomo of the day.
